We approached brand development in four stages. First, we analysed and assessed the current situation. Then, we worked on shaping the brand management strategy, defining its vision, promise, and personality. After that, we focused on creating the municipality’s visual identityand, finally, we crafted the marketing strategy.This whole process was a team effort involving the community. We dug deep into the identity, values, and associations tied to the municipality, using those insights to build a solid brand management strategy.In implementing the nearly-year-long project, we thoroughly researched the region, developed design guidelines, positioning, and creative concept, and devised marketing, social media, traditional media, and public relations strategies.
